Tequila

Cointreau

lime juice

freshly squeezed

for rim

Instructions
Cut smoked pineapple into tidbits & place into cocktail shaker and muddle.
2 ounces chunks of fresh pineapple
Juice one orange and one lime.
2 ounces Tequila,
1 ounce Cointreau ,
2 ounces orange juice,
1 ounce lime juice
Add the juice of the lime and orange into the cocktail shaker. Add tequila, cointreau, and ice, and shake.
Dip the rim of a glass into the cocktail, then into Tajin.
Add ice to glass.
Strain margarita over ice, and garnish with an orange slice
1 tsp Tajin
