Panera 10 vegetable soup

Panera 10 vegetable soup recipe is so easy to make at home. This soup launched to Panera customers in 2019. Garden vegetable soup is one of the lowest calorie soups you can get at your local Panera bread restaurants. And now you can make this under 300 calorie soup at home! Panera’s new soup was the only vegan soup introduced in 3 years as part of a push to introduce plant based meals.

You can use whatever you have in your pantry, fridge and freezer. We always start with a base of onions, garlic sautéed up, and then we just start to add in what we have on hand! That could be sweet potatoes, frozen veggies, canned beans, canned tomatoes, and broth. We always use Better than Bouillon base. Add in coconut milk, or cream or leave it as a broth base. Lentils, barley, rice, and pasta are favorite additions to complete the meal. Just serve it up with a ladle, and enjoy!

Bouillon:  A concentrated flavor enhancer, provides a quick alternative to broth when needed. We always keep a supply of the different flavors of Better than Bouillon, including Roasted Garlic, Vegetable, Beef, Roasted Chicken, Sautéed Onion.

Onions: A fundamental base ingredient, provide depth and aroma to soups while offering versatility in various recipes.

Sweet potatoes: With their natural sweetness and nutrient richness, enhance flavor profiles and provide added nutritional value.

Garlic: A flavor powerhouse, elevates the taste profile of soups with its rich, savory notes.

Canned beans: A convenient pantry item, bring protein, texture, and substance to soups, making them more satisfying.

Canned tomatoes: serve as a foundational element in numerous soup recipes, lending acidity and richness to the broth.

Rice: Beyond its role as a standalone dish, serves to thicken soups and diversify their texture while offering a filling component.

Frozen corn: Easily stored in the freezer, introduces sweetness and texture to soups, while frozen peas contribute color, sweetness, and nutritional benefits, adding vibrancy to the dish.

Both vegetable and chicken broth:  Essential for creating a flavorful soup base, imparting depth and richness.

Spices: another crucial pantry item, offer the opportunity to customize and season soups according to personal taste preferences and diverse culinary styles.

Collectively, these pantry staples ensure a well-stocked kitchen ready to produce a variety of flavorful, nutritious, and comforting soups. Their convenience in storage and varied uses within recipes make them indispensable for any soup-making endeavor
